Delivery Steps

Step 1
Meet with your designated staff to understand your company, identify and discuss your training needs (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.). Optionally, we can conduct skills assessments and identify needs of the intended audience.

Step 2
We will provide and discuss a proposal with a detailed scope, schedules and pricing.

Step 3
Conduct the regular, customized or updates training following agreed schedules,
content and delivery method. Upon completion a Certificate of Completion will be provided  to each participant. As an added value, free of cost your organization will received  a detailed Training Summary Report .
